Big Fish Booking Company is a well-rounded, artist-run boutique agency that specializes in booking and artist management. Based in Chicago.

Position:
The Agency Admin will perform a wide variety of duties in support of their Agent supervisor(s). These duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
· Assisting Agents and Associates with all facets of tour booking.
· Managing the flow of contracts, marketing, ticket counts, finals and client settlements.
· Data Entry: entering extensive event and deal information into our database.
· Interacting with client teams (artists, managers, labels, publicists, touring crew).

Applicants should possess the following skills/experience:
· Self Motivation, strong organizational skills, professional manner, and a positive attitude
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Prior office/administrative experience preferred
· Music industry experience that involves familiarity with settlement sheets and complex deal structures is preferred but not necessary
· Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Location:
Remote in the Chicago-land area

Employment Type:
Full Time (flexible to a degree)

Minium Experience:
Mid-level

Compensation:
Starting at $42,500 a year, flexible depending on experience. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: experience, market dynamics, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, etc.

Position:
The Agency Intern will perform a variety of duties in support of their Agent supervisor(s). These duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
· Managing the flow of weekly ticket count data for shows on sale and issuing reports to artist teams
· Data Entry

Applicants should possess the following skills/experience:
· Self Motivation, strong organizational skills, professional manner, and a positive attitude
· Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word

Location:
Remote (bonus points if in the Chicago-land area)

Employment Type:
Part Time (est. 10-20 hours per week)

Minium Experience:
Low-level

Compensation:
$15/hour
